Suddenly Life Make Sense Again

I was awakened by the sound of heavy rain and winds that knocked my window this morning . I immediately knew that this day would be just  like yesterday: the surrounding area would have been affected by floods and the bus lane have been closed because of it. This means I have to give more effort to reach my office.

Suddenly a thought that my life now is being unreasonable popping up in my mind.

Why would I want to spend my life in a place like this?

I don’t know and I don’t want to think of the answers, at least right now.

So I just walk away to find something to brighten my day: a very nice and warm pretzel plus a cup of coffee.

And suddenly life makes sense again.
